Today I had a very unsettling experience with an employee here. I was making conversation with the woman next to me about our situations while we waited to speak to the solicitor. A balding white man had eavesdropped on my conversation and proceeded to accuse me of attempting to incite a riot and making inflammatory comments. I was simply sharing my opinion with the woman next to me when he started yelling at me in the hallway. I hope they get this man some more training on how to better control his emotions so no one else has to deal with him flying off the handle like he did today. No employee should behave the way he did, knowingly starting an argument over an opinion that he was not forced to listen to nor provide a response to. He straight up forced his way into my conversation and proceeded to argue and yell about it for over 5 minutes.nIf he can't control his emotions his does not need to deal with the public. Please retrain your staff on minding their own business.
