Like the choices of meats and sides. First time at this restaurant and I will return.
This place was okay for me. I got the Brisket with hush puppies & my wife got the pulled pork with Mac & Cheese.nThe pulled pork & the brisket was very dry. Had amazing flavor but too dry for me. The Mac & Cheese was dry as well with barely any cheese in it & the hush puppies were good.nDefinitely not the best BBQ I've ever had but not the worst.nMy list of favorite BBQ in KY so far is 1.Martins, 2. Shack in the Back, 3. Mommas (just because of their wings, everything else is microwaved)
Best brisket in town! Sides are tasty too! Covid compliant. Ask for condiments.
City Barbeque has delicious food one of my favorites being the cowbell. The service is always friendly they have seating spaced so did she felt comfortable dining inside. They require every want to wear a mask upon entering the restaurant a gentleman enter the restaurant and they nicely give him a mask and talk his order. They also offer outside dining with social distancing. The restrooms are always clean and they have a Sanitation station inside of the restaurant.
Omg these guys are amazing. My first time in was yesterday. The moment they heard I was a City Barbeque virgin, they went above and beyond to let me sample items and leave satisfied. Friendly and so amazingly good. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was too busy stuffing my face. Yum.
