It was terrible! Terrible! I waited in line for almost an hour which wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the problem. The problem was I needed to tinkle! So I patiently waited like a good man to go inside to use the restroom. Once I got inside I went to look for the restroom but what happened? They had no restroom! What kind of place doesn’t have bathrooms for their customers! I almost peed myself and possibly risked my bladder exploding for y’all. Do better DDS!

Made an appointment two months in advance, drove 45 mins to this location and was able to come in and get everything done smoothly! David was the absolute best!!! He had great customer service and took his job seriously while still being able to smile and make you feel comfortable. Keep your hat guy around!

My review is not based on the employees, but instead on DDS itself. The system went down as soon as I got there and myself and other clients were waiting for hours. Extremely unprofessional for a business to even service customers in this manner. I understand technological issues occur, but regardless there is and should always be some sort of workaround especially for a business so heavily involved in the city. DDS states they updated their system to better service customers, and instead they created this extremely inconvenient atmospheres for those who come here. Terrible business.

Appointment times are just to put your name on list along with everyone else...so don't expect to be seen on time. Also, very short staffed with only 3 windows helping people & frankly their customer service skills are extremely lacking, maybe because of short staff? Regardless they made the experience far worse than it needed to be!

Made an appointment online. They have time slots and you can pick what shows green as available. This location was far from me but they had 1 open spot; so I thought. Got there on a cold drizzling day and stood in line for a good hour and a good hour sitting inside too. They were understaffed. Renewed my license, ugly picture taken. It was clean in there and counter person was friendly. Tip: Prepare to wait hours.
