Lori & Nancy were great! Had to have a new shank put in a ring my wife bought at a pawnshop. We got a great deal on the repair & found out the ring has double the value we paid for it!!!

They are amazing when your buying the ring and they're making their commission. But buy the waranty (which was $500 and I'm sure she made commission off of also) where they tell you to do the inspection and cleaning every 6 months or so and they treat you like your the biggest inconvenience ever. I've brought it in 3 times with the same attitude. My husband wanted to buy me something for Valentine's day from them and I told him dont give them another cent. Treat people better, you might actually make more than 1 sale.
