I have been their customer ever since they opened in Gainesville. I have purchased jewelry, replaced numerous watch batteries, appraised pieces, and handcrafted stunning pieces for me. The entire family is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Roberto is a master craftsman. I have price checked around in the past, and Dimos always comes out on top in pricing and quality.

Fantastic as always. This is my one stop for jewelry and watches. The whole family (staff) is delightful and super helpful. Never pushed, only advised. Wonderful selection and I always know that I'm getting top quality. Simply put, I trust them.

Everyone was so nice and friendly! I came in to get one ring resized (which they did with absolutely no problems) and left with both it and a new ring. I will definitely come back to Dimo Fine Jewelry for any of my jewelry needs.
