I own a bakery (so lot's of sugar!!!). We have used Cook's Pest Control since we opened over 3 years ago and have never had any pest problems. They are a great company! Jack Dodson does a fantastic job and is very professional. We are very happy with Cook's!
Last year I had a huge ant infestation. The guys came out several times for a couple of months until the ants were gone. Other exterminators quit on me because of how bad it is. Now my routine services is automatically scheduled and I don't have to worry about pests anymore.
Cooks is a great company! They stand behind their promises. We unfortunately had termite damage and Cooks and Jesse stood behind our termite bond. The repairs were done by a professional company and Jesse was in constant communication with us throughout this process. I will be a customer for life because of Jesse and how well he represents Cooks Pest Control. Thank you!!
Cook’s services some rental units we own on a monthly basis. They are always on time and easy to get a hold of. I appreciate their follow up anytime I have a question, etc. And the monthly maintenance seems to be working because we rarely, if ever have any issues.
I just started using Cook's this year. I'm very pleased with the service. The service rep was very helpful, on time, and came back when I called to provide assistance with a secondary problem at no charge. The price is in line, if not better than other companies, and the staff is been very pleasant. I have not had problems with any bugs since we've started with them.
