I ordered a custom shower pan for my handicap father and had to prepay the order in full. I was called when it arrived and told the man the project was on hold for the moment. He said no worries, it would be there when I was ready for it. When I went to pick it up, the nice young man helping me could not find it and said of course they would order another for me and he went in the back office to place the order. Then a manager, an old man with terrible teeth and inflamed gums came out and told me they threw it out and if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it a second time. I imagine they sold it and this old manager thinks it is just fine to steal from customers.
I have had yet another exceptional experience working with Catherine Martin. She has helped me choose products for my home since 2005. A recent purchase was not satisfactory, and Catherine worked immediately to make the situation right. She is professional, has enormous knowledge of tons of products and is endlessly kind. I cannot say enough about how positive my experiences of working with her are.
My wife and I received excellent service from Catherine Martin. We needed a 36 inch range and she went out of her way to answer all questions and found us the perfect appliance. Would highly recommend City Plumbing and especially Catherine.
