This morning while washing my vehicle the pump dispensing soap malfunctioned. I asked staff to resolve the problem, which they attempted to do. Unable to fix the system, the young woman and young man working apologized and offered to finish cleaning my vehicle by using the drive through bay. When my vehicle came out they proceeded to dry my GL by hand. The way both of these folks worked to resolve what could have been a bad experience solidified why I continue to use this wash. Thank you for the courtesy and professionalism! A great experience!
Good amenities, only comment is that if your car is rather low, be careful pulling into the bays as it's possible you'll scrape.
I got the $14, car looks good. They help dry it when you pull out of the auto wash.
