They did right by me. I bought a scratched lense unknowingly and they took great care of me. Great customer service. (Check your lenses very carefully)

Staff was very helpful and very patient. Spending good money on a pair of sunglasses is not a decision taken lightly and they were there when we needed help but didn't loom. Great to be able to wear the sunglasses outside and see them in action. Asked about return policy and getting adjustments and they had all the answers. Didn't seem to be upselling or pushy. Will buy from there again, this was already second time.

I went in to exchange my sunglasses and was lied to by the employee who told me I couldn’t exchange them because I bought them at Macy’s. Went into a different sunglass hut store and they were able to exchange without a problem. Will not be shopping at this location in the future
