Honestly you have to make up your own mind, but I went here today and employees did not have on masks so I will not shop here anymore. Covid aside, prices were pretty high for what seemed like a larger operation, so even without the virus/mask issue I wouldn't shop here often.

Stopped in today after reading some reviews and I 100% agree with the review left by Brian B. I have recently rekindled my hobby of hunting for rare bourbons throughout Louisville and this place has one of the best selections I have seen in a long time. But yes...the prices for the hard to find stuff are 3-5x retail. If you are looking for everyday easy to find bourbon (Buffalo Trace, 1792) the selection was great and the prices were right. If you are looking for the harder to find allocated stuff (Eagle Rare, Blantons, EH Taylor, Weller) this place had more bottles than I've seen in a long time but the prices were inflated. If you are looking for unicorns (Weller CYPB, Old Fitz 15, Elijah Craig 18), they also had a great selection but the prices were very high, but no higher than any other store has them for if you can even find them. They had a few bourbons on the shelf that I haven't even seen in a long time at any other store in the city.nnIf you are looking for wine or everyday liquor...great spot.nIf you are from out of town and need to leave with some Weller and you're willing to pay extra...great spot.nIf you're looking for a unicorn and are willing to pay whatever it takes to get one...great spot.nIf you're expecting hard to find bourbon at retail price....don't even walk in. I don't agree with jacking the prices up (for selfish reasons) but I do not own a liquor store and most privately owned stores around are doing the same for the hard to find bottles.nnProbably would've given 4 stars but there was a bottle I have been looking for and probably would've paid well over retail for it but when I attempted to ask the clerk how much it was, he was too busy yelling at someone on his cell phone and completely ignored my existence. So I bought a beer and left.

Better prices than expected, super friendly staff, drive thru a plus!

The absolute worst liquor store I have ever visited. Asked about the price of an item, they said they “don’t give prices over the phone” as if I was asking for a car-repair quote. Before all of the COVID restrictions, I went and was the only customer, at the drive-thru or in the store. I was told they had a minimum purchase limit for the drive-thru so had to park and walk into the empty store to buy the same item from the same guy at the same cash register.nnThey also cut legally dubious deals with favorite customers.nnThey are arrogant, unhelpful, and rude. Take your business to any of the better and more deserving local liquor stores.
