Cannot say enough about Lowell. Super nice and knowledgeable. Squeezed us in last minute and helped resolved the issue. Gave us a discount which was nice. Was recommended to assist with our issue from another problem. Would highly recommend him! Even said a little prayer on the way out. It’s the little things. Great work!
You know those times in your life where you feel completely paralyzed because a pipe has burst and you just don’t know what to do? Lowell to the rescue, now twice for us! He helped walk me through fixing an issue with a leak over FaceTime after hours. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. A couple days later another pipe broke and he was here to help in an unbelievably timely manner. He assessed the situation and did amazing work, while again being honest, encouraging, and so kind. I cannot recommend Lowell enough, and from here on out he is our go-to guy for all things plumbing!
After flushing the water heater I discovered that the pop-off valve was leaking. Called late in the day Saturday, day before Easter, not expecting service until Monday. Lowell Faulkner answered his cell phone almost immediately and to my surprise offered to come over right away. He very efficiently solved the problem. Cannot sufficiently offer my appreciation for coming over on a major holiday evening.nThank you.
