Unlike several of the more visible plumbing services around the Atlanta area, Royal Flush does not charge a service fee to come to your home. These service fees can range from 50 to almost 80 dollars, and that's just to show up to give you a quote--not actually try to fix your plumbing issue. Also, they have plenty of technicians available with availability windows all day long when you need them, not when they feel like being available. I called another service provider before Royal flush and not only were they going to charge a hefty service fee, the next available time for a person to come out was the next day. With toilets and tubs unusable, one can see how this was not acceptable, especially if they are going to charge so much to come out and its not around your schedule!nnMy tech Edward came at 8pm and worked extremely hard to fix my issue the first time, but unfortunately my problem was far more complex than a simple clog. After exhausting all options, it was determined that he would have to use a camera to see into the pipes. It was late so I had him come back the next day as he spent 2 hours pulling out all the stops trying to nail down the problem.nnNext day he was able to identify all the issues and determined that replacing a section of pipe was the only viable solution. This was a reasonable assessment given that the pipe in question was 60 years old and had a massive 7 foot crack in it.nnGiven the expense of the work, I appreciated that Edward did not nickel and dime me where I feel another company's tech might have really gone for my pockets. He explained everything he was doing and was polite and professional. I would recommend this company. Of course shop around, but Royal Flush would get my business in the future should I ever need plumbing help again.

Royal was great! The main waterline into the house broke and was leaking (spewing) water up from under the ground. It was a Sunday. I called 2 other companies but they were not able to make it out that day. No one available. Called Royal. They had someone come out that day! Trey came at the time told. His communication was excellent. He explained everything as he went along. Although the time started to get late, Trey continued to work until the job was done. Would DEFINATELY recommend Royal Flush Plumbing to anyone who needs them.

I had an estimate done and Dallas was my technician. Even though I did not use this company, I was very pleased with his professionalism and decided to write a review solely based on my interaction with him. The company was responsive and placed me on the schedule soon after calling. Dallas gave me a quote on the spot, and delivered a professional written estimate for diagnostics. Two thumbs up.

Seems like a family oriented kinda place. People were very friendly.

Had a water line replaced by The Plumbing Expert (they were awful - do not recommend) that didn’t seem to be installed or buried correctly so used Royal Plumbing and a second plumbing company for an inspection of the installed water line. Long story short, we had over half of our water line completely exposed 9 days after the installation that created a hazard to our line and our children’s safety but was told by the company that installed it that it was expected because it rained a few days. This sounded suspicious so we hired two other reputable plumbing companies for their opinion. Cameron, their technician, came out for the inspection. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His assessment matched the second company’s. However, instead of writing the inspection in the report, he emailed it to me (which didn’t look professional or official). I had to contact the office for the official report when he failed to get back to me in a timely manner. The office personnel were not great about getting back to me forcing me to repeatedly call back to have my problems addressed. These were the reasons why we went with the other company to correct the problem. Overall they were good, but they could be better.
