As a required part of life, getting my car tag sticker every year is one of those things I would rather not do. Do I rate based on the wrapped half way around the building drive thru line, on my fellow motoring public having mini melt downs in the parking lot or the actual 3 minute interaction with the very pleasant tax clerk at the drive up window? The wait in line wasn't that bad, it was a gorgeous spring day so 5 stars. Just remember to bring your drivers license.
Greeter at front made a big deal about my shield that covers my eyes, nose and mouth. She claimed it wasn't a mask. I went back to my car to grab a mask and wore under my shield. As I'm leaving building her mask is below her nose. I guess that was protecting everyone else? My experience with agent was quick, efficient, and professional I would've given 5 stars if not for the greeter.
The best tag office. Window Line went so fast, I wasn't ready. Smiling faces, fast andncourteous every time I go. Thank you Gwinnett !
Walked in, lady took my name and phone number down. Told me “we’ll text you when we are ready”. Waited over an hour, did not receive any text indicating they were ready for me. I walked back in, inform the staff how long I’ve been waiting and how I did not receive a text message. She asked if I came in and got checked in. I said yes, the lady beside you took down my info. The staff didn’t have an explanation for me and still made me wait at the back of the line. Overall, poor customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. If you do, please verify your info they took down is correct and ask for the wait time.
Would have given it 5 stars, but the guard at the door was sure unpleasant/rough. Not just with me but also with the other great Gwinnett County citizens trying to get their business completed. In a very bad tone told me to go sit in my car only because I was walking around the parking lot getting some steps in. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and very efficient.
