I went to get my children’s ears pierced. The lady, Elizabeth did my sons ears (who is 11) and my daughters ears (who is 9months). She did my sons ears perfectly! No complaints, which is why I gave it a 2 star but as far as my daughter, she did the left ear perfect but the right ear she didn’t pierce it all the way through the first time and had to redo it! Then she didn’t get the back part on the earring when she redid it. My baby was CRYING. We went on 4/7 to get it done and my baby’s poor little right ear is swollen and red today 4/9 and she is screams everytime I clean it. I tried calling the store to see if it’s normal for it to still be irritated this long, her left ear has been through more then the right and the right is perfectly fine but no one is answering the phone to address my concern.

Great selection but the ear piercing specialist was not polite. She should not be working in customer service. I had to make sure the had my child’s holes in the correct place.

Went to go shopping at 1:30pm on a Sunday. Hours on door say 12-6pm. Doors were locked but lights were on. We tried calling multiple times as we shopped the area. Tried to open the doors again and still locked. Someone wasn’t doing their job.

This claire’s said they were open at 10am Saturday but when we got there the lights were on but the door was locked. We stayed there for 15 minutes and called multiple times. Don’t come to this claire’s save your time and money.
