Mahmoud did a wonderful job of helping my wife find the perfect gift for Valentine's day. He was very patient and took great care answering all of her questions and helping her with her selection. Went to look at a new ring for my wife and ended finding a great deal 30% off. Mohammed was my diamondologist and he made it very easy for me to leave with not 1 but 2 diamond rings for a steal of a price! Will be going back for future purchases.

I went to this store to get my ring resized. They were kind of busy but I didn't mind the wait. I told one of the reps what I needed and she said someone would assist me shortly. Meanwhile, two other customers came in after me. When another rep was finished. She ignored me and went straight to the customers that arrived after me. One of the customers even told her that I was there first. She preceded to ask him what he needed and then walked over to the other customer and asked them as well. Never acknowledging me. Everyone in the store saw what she did. And it was very obvious. I never felt more disrespected at store than at that moment. I will never go to this store again. She dismissed me as though I wasn't going to do business with them. Kay's has lost my business for sure.

Mr. Mahwood (Diamontologist) was excellent when sharing with us his knowledge regarding our jewelry in a simple fashion. Will definitely return to this location for future purchases
