The associate was very helpful today we were in a crunch and she helped us and went above and beyond.
The store is supposed to be opened by 9:30 am as advertised on authorized dealers door. I think they open when they feel like coming in. Been here several times in am for some issues and everytime I came to this location closest to me they are not open. Do not come to this store in the am you will waste your valuable time.
I would have not stayed at this location if not for the employee that helped us. The young man working there was helping a another customer before we got there and she was extremely difficult. He should great patience when I could not have and helped us as well greatly. I came in to buy a new phone and the only issue I have is that there is not enough to select from. I would like to see more variety of accessories. The store was very clean and what's the young man started helping us it was worth the 30-minute wait. He's booked us through changing my phone over, copying all information to my phone new phone, and give me great advice which as of today months later I still appreciate.
