We had 3 ceiling fans installed. It was a nice process from beginning to end. Dispatch was able to accommodate our schedule and Joey the technician was professional, on time, and let us know what was going on every step of the way. It was a little expensive, but the quality of the service was worth it. I'd highly recommend and will use this service again.

I purchased a water heater through them which I’m on their rental program paying every month on time with no issues my water heater has been going out which they replaced it it work for two months and went back out again as I call them and let them know this the technician gave me a call let me know that there is an issue with the actual heater itself from the company who manufactured it they sent a technician out to look at it he lit it back up told me to give him a call if he goes out he never answered. I called them to let them know that the water heater went back out the schedule someone to come out that evening he never showed I called in the morning and the customer service rep seems like she really didn’t care I’m just saying that she will send someone out there she doesn’t know what time they will be available. This is very inconvenient to me and my family because now I am actually out of hot water and have to miss work in order for them to fix an issue that they know is ongoing.

Terrence, the technician from Reliable arrived on time and was very polite and responsive. Fixed my issue and was very helpful in responding to my questions about the unit. I have also used Reliable to install two new units at my residence in the past 4 years. I have had good experiences all around and I would definitely use Reliable again for my HVAC needs.

I always love working with them. Even when given bad news they are reputable and professional. They saw our compressor looked to new to not be warranty and they were correct even though they did not install. Wish I would have gotten them first when we replaced our system! I have never had to wait more than half a day for service. Excllent customer service and Dominic is the best!

Frank A. responded on a Saturday, with short notice, and did a great & very professional job. My pressure regulator valve was bad and I also had 2 leaks in the pipe joints near it. Frank gave me an accurate estimate, cut out the old, rebuilt the arrangement, replaced 2 old valves with ball-valves, and tested & set the pressure. The job is perfect, and I could not be more happy with the resolution and with working with Frank. He is an excellent representative for your company. He stayed safe with a mask from start to finish. I can't thank him enough, and Reliable as a whole team.nThank You
