The vaccum system SUCKS... literally... they were no towels available.

Vaccine weren't very good. But the asthenics of the car wash was inviting. Overall the actual wash of the car washing bad.

Poor Management! I called on June 3rd after realizing I was continuously getting charged for my membership. I spoke with Jack. He was very helpful with cancelling my membership. He confirmed I have not used the carwash in the past few months and the owner will issue me a credit of $20.00. Unfortunately Jack did not have the authorization to issue the credit. He said the owner is rarely on site so he will email him my information and it may take a week for him to credit my account. I gave it a week and a half, and still no credit. I called again and spoke with Jack. He said there was a delay and he has a list of other customers names he is going to email the owner and to give it about a week. Again, I waited and still no refund. I called again. Jack was very apologetic and said he will give the owner my information and it may take a week and a half. We are now in August and still no refund. I called this morning (August 4th). A gentleman said Jack was not in today and he is the only one who can assist with the refund issue and I will need to call back tomorrow. I asked if there was a number for the owner or a corporate number. He said he was not allowed to give it out. I told him I will locate it online.nnThis is just poor customer service!! I shouldn't have to call every other week looking for a refund that should have been issued back in June. I do not recommend this car wash. The owner/management do not value their customers! This is ridiculous! I'm posting this on Yelp too! Customers need to be warned!

the vacuum cleaner has little power to absorb

Never will I wait my money at this establishment again. No vacuums worked & the cart that is supposed to be stocked with towels and spray had empty spray bottles and no towels at all. It’s a Monday evening, had it been a nice weekend day I could understand being low on supplies. Total waste of my money.
