I recently started going here. It was highly recommend by a friend. The service is good. I got sns with gel polish and i love my nails. I highly recommend this place. Just plan accordingly because its going to take some time.
Service is not the same here anymore. They are rushing and see you as a number. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter at 6:15pm. I arrive at 6:10pm. The technician was working on someone else at the time of my arrival. She finished at 6:35 to inform she has another client ahead of me. She didn’t get to my appointment until 7:20pm. I waited an hour for her when I had an appointment. Apparently the appointment was never scheduled for myself or my daughter. This is not acceptable at all. Be honest to the client and inform them of the actual wait time and let them choose if they would like to wait. I drove 45min to come here. I asked for another technician instead of waiting for my daughter and she refused to see her! Technicians name is Diane. The lady at the front obviously could care less (Anne) the moment I walked in I mentioned to her I had an appointment. Never again will I return. Save yourself a headache, time and money. Look at the screen it says 9:00pm and check in time 6:10. Not ok!
I came on a Monday around 2pm. Had a regular pedi and gel mani. They were done in about an hour. Great massage and melted and scrubbed my feet into smoothness. Definitely coming back. Best to make an appointment of coming on the weekend.
Nice spot .I've been 3 times so far and I've not been disappointed yet. The staff is so nice as well.
Nice place bur nail techs are hit or miss. The guys do a better job
