Every time I go in this store I am treated with respect and great service. They always take time to help me with service and any problem I'm having with my phone. I go there for every new phone that I purchase. I get 5 star service here.
bought a brand new phone from this store. Samsung Galaxy A20 the middle of the screen didnt work the first day i bought it. Store didn't repair/replace it so after a week of having the phone it stopped charging and I was told I had to buy a new handset for full price cause it wasn't my time to upgrade. Trash phones, trash employees, trash service, with a price that can easily be beaten by boost mobile. Used the insurance from metro pcs thank god for that right? Wrong recieved a broken handset for 100$ didnt get refunded and they even made fun of me during the support call that is what I call a good company.
The management and employees are unethical. They are forcing customers to purchase insurance. They told me that it mandatory that I purchase insurance. The manager stated that it is store policy. I'm tired of people that take advantage of minority communities. I refused to purchase the phone. I went to another store and purchased the phone without insurance.
