Conceal carry process is ridiculous.nApplied and paid for December 7th 2020.nYet to receive as of this date. Been calling for the last month with very lackadaisical attitude and response from person (Kenedra Norman)answering the phone(when someone actually answers,or puts you on hold indefinitely.) This place is extremely lacking in professionalism and customer service. Please do better!
This place is a nightmare! I stood in line outside in the cold for two hours for Probate Court. THE LINE DID NOT MOVE so I left!!!!! I wonder if this is done purposely to discourage people from obtaining a gun license.
Slowest place on earth. 2 floor probate took 2 hours for lunch. The lady then brings her lunch back. She then proceeds to sit in her office and eat for another 30 minutes! No one even came out to communicate that they're going to lunch!! They make you sign in via a clip board that no one ever checks! Horrible!!!!!
This is the most unorganized & unprofessional government building I have ever stepped foot info. After watching Tamara Jackson from the probate court put her hand in a citizen's face while she was simply trying to ask her a question, she also refused service to me for asking her to pull her mask up over her nose as she is required to do by law.
Definitely recommend coming here instead of the downtown Atlanta location for a marriage license. Tamara was so kind and helpful to us after an amazingly-bad experience downtown.
