Sad to evaluate a local business so poorly, but the lady/receptionist is not kind or helpful whatsoever - their communication on residential visits is poor & they just want to repeatedly charge you for visits every 30 days, with no reasonable results. Steer clear ;(

I definitely recommend Animal Ridders for critter problems. We had a squirrel (and then multiple squirrels) get into our attic. We worked with another pest control company for several weeks, but they didn't manage to trap any squirrels, weren't responsive, and tried to charge us an exorbitant amount. In frustration, we called Animal Ridders and they were better than I could have hoped for. They came out quickly, set traps for humane release, checked in daily, and caught the squirrels in a few short days. They were fast, quiet, clean, and most importantly, their service worked. We had no further issues and when we were confident they had caught all of the squirrels, they sealed up the entry point so we wouldn't have any further issues. Especially after our first experience with another company, I am so grateful to Animal Ridders for solving our problem quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you!!!
