paid for a brazilian wax and hair was left on the inside lip and butt where she refused to wax. I insisted but she still refused. She said she would just cut it down. Just ridiculous! This was my first wax ever but I know there should not be hair left after paying $60 for a brazilian! Won't be back, not even for my nails again. Booked another wax in Fairburn to get the rest of the hair.
I have been going to this nail shop since I moved down here in April. There has been a few times I’ve asked for something and got the complete opposite but I never complained because they always looked cute & I got so many compliments but these last few times going, I’ve had my nails break a day after getting them done, I was charged to get them fixed. Now my clear coat is peeling and it’s been 2 days since I paid $50 for a fill. I don’t know what the problem is but I will never spend my money here again. Y’all need to make some improvements for real.
I come to this place alot cause it's close to my house. Majority of the time I call first so my wait is not long. I'm always there on time but still half to wait 30-45mins to get service. Also I call or show up it's only 2 people working when there's 4people on the clock. And told come back in 2-3hours and still have to wait. And when I get eyebrows or lashes done it's done in a Rush and lashes fall off within 2days. I'm so NOT PLEASED WITH THIS AT ALL. HIGH PRICES? PRICES CHANGE FREQUENTLY. GEL TOES_$13 EXTRA PLUS $10 TO TAKEOFF OLD GEL POLISH.

Do not I repeat get your eyelashes done they was falling off the next day and I got my nails done got cut twice didn't offer a discount or apologize and overpriced.
