I asked if they could order a name brand drug and they told me that most insurance won't cover name brand and they dont carry name brand. I repeated the question. Can you ORDER name brand and they said let me check. Came back and said we dont carry name brand. I said nevermind I'll go to Walgreens. First, I never asked if they had it and second, I never asked anything about insurance. My insurance is awesome and they cover name brand but they assumed they knew more about my insurance than I do and it seemed to me like they were judging me as poor white trash when we are anything but. Straight up rude. Been a customer there for a while too. Not anymore.

I needed a rare eye drop that isn’t normally kept in stock. Linda overnighted it and I had it the next morning. They care and put their customers well being first. A bunch of good folks!

This was the rudest, most ignorant, and judgemental experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. I'd rather stand in line at Walgreens for an hour than go back here.

I thank GOD for this pharmacy!!!! My daughter saved so much by switching from Walgreens to them. She works very hard to make sure that she has money for her meds. Paycheck to paycheck makes it hard! Thanks MEDICAP!
