Michael was very professional and friendly. Was prompt and courteous. He explained everything he was doing along the way. He wore his mask properly the whole time he was here, which I truly appreciate. I haven't turned the water on yet because I am installing a new faucet myself, so I'll let you know how it goes and if I have any leaks.
