I'm shocked by this Pharmacy only having 2 stars. They have been nothing but good to me! Bad Service is Hospital Drive. Every time I get bad service at the hospital Drive location Chapel Hill takes care of me within 20 to 30 minutes and this is my new pharmacy from now on. The distance I drive does not matter. I wouldn't be feeling better today if it wasn't for Chapel Hill because I still wouldn't have my prescription.

Not really sure what all the negative reviews are for this particular pharmacy. Every single time I have been here I have been greeted with courteous and helpful people, as I was tonight, by a pharmacy associate by the name of Nidhi. She went out of her way to help me save money on my prescriptions and I cannot thank her enough. It was not something that she was required to do but she stopped at a busy time, and helped me anyway. I am super grateful for people like her, in customer service that are willing to go the extra mile to be helpful.nnI know it is not always easy to deal with people in that capacity and credit should be given when it is due. THANK YOU NIDHI.

Horrible customer service. Can’t get anything accomplished here. The associates running the cash register seem clueless and the Pharmacist doesn’t want to help.

I've been going to this pharmacy for two years because it's the closest to my house but I've decided to start going elsewhere. They regularly forgot to fill my prescription after I dropped it off, so I'd have to wait for it be filled twice. They would incorrectly input my insurance and try to charge me full price while assuring me insurance was paying. My doctor would send in 3 month prescriptions and they would ALWAYS somehow fill it as one month. You can forget trying to use a manufacturer coupon for a medication because it might as well be written in a foreign language for them. The techs at this pharmacy need some serious training.

I’m getting tired of coming to this pharmacy vs Publix or others. Even the pharmacists are often rushed, multiple waits for everything. Not all techs are well trained on how to do simple printouts from the system and they’ve missed faxed in RX previously.nnI only come here because of a savings plan but even that is proving to be a hassle to save a few bucks. If you go here make sure your prescription is ready and at the price before you go to pickup. At least the pharmacists and some staff have been apologetic.
