Marco's Pizza

Looked busy inside. People working hard. Sandwiches were good. Wings were no good. Too Small and under-cooked. Looking for a little crispy. Asked to cook triple. I just won't order wings from here anymore. Every thing else is good.

Always fast service! Pizza is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Only had an issue with an order maybe once or twice in the last 4 years. They always make things right. I love ordering on the app!

If I could give a zero I would absolutely do so. The treatment and service I have received at this Marco's is absurd. I ordered a pizza online at 6:22pm on 12/6/20 and did not receive my order until after 10pm. According to my email I would receive my pizzas between 7:40 - 7:50. This is almost 4 hrs later that I actually got my pizzas, absolutely ridiculous. After putting in 3 calls about the status of my order and wanting to voice my complaint I was told I would need to speak with a manager the next day. They sent me an email about a deferred order. I didn't do a deferred order as you will see on the below screenshots. I was not able to call the next day due to working out of town. I called on 12/8/20 and spoke with manager Blake who told me his name was Donathan and I found out there is no such person that works at that location, but anyway Blake told me there is nothing he can do because I was suppose to call the day of the incident in which I had called 4 different times. I explained I had my order number and all my screenshots to prove what I was telling him was true. He told me policy is call same day to get assistance. This policy is not in writing anywhere in the building or on the door. He told me to call in another 2 days and speak with the GM Leslie which I wonder if that really is his name now. This type of run around for there error in bringing me a pizza that was not hot and almost 4 hrs after ordering is just unacceptable. I will not be using this pizza establishment ever again. Poor service, poor customer service, and rude. Below are my screenshots of my proof this happened. Screenshot of the number of times I called, the original email confirmation with the approximate delivery time, and the email about deferred delivery. We will see what story I get on Thursday 12/10 however I will be filing a complaint with the BBB due to the treatment, rudeness and wrong name giving. They want to play games and I'm not about games. All they should have done was simply replaced the pizzas it's not like I had 9 pizzas costing hundreds of dollars. Bad business!!!!!!

Their pizza is my absolute favorite! It's always fresh, hot and delicious. Many pizza restaurants don't have green olives but Marco's do! It's the little things that make me choose them over the many others. You can also order online, which can, at times, be a bit frustrating as it's not the easiest to navigate. But well worth it!
