I must say that I am very pleased with the service that I have received from this location. I called in there on Friday inregards 2 my necklace breaking and the manager looked up my receipt when I walked in the store they knew who I was and had my receipt printed out and ready to assist me. I went to this location because my necklace was broke but still under warranty and I had no issues with getting a new one under the warranty . I enjoy visiting this Pandora location. It's always a pleasant experience.

While I understand and appreciate cleaning is free I at least expect a clean bracelet/charms especially after the amount of money I have spent at Pandora. I brought 4 bracelets to clean. The 1st one is completely full, the 2nd half full, the 3rd 10 charms and the 4th with 3 charms which means I have spent a lot of money. While waiting for my cleaning to be done I even purchased a clip as well. It is very disappointing that I have to return to the store to purchase a polishing cloth to clean them myself.

Bought online for Arbor Mall Pandora to pickup in store. No one called or emailed to confirm my order or pickup time so I called and kept getting a majic jack voicemail. Finally got thru after a dozen calls only to have the person hang up in my face. If this is in fact Pandora's number, customer service and responsiveness is piss poor. If this is not Pandora's number, management needs to do a better job. If I wanted to wait to get my purchase I would have had it mailed to me. Thinking about canceling my order altogether.nnSeething!
