Store never opens on time. Always very dull service, the employees don’t even smile. I don’t want to spend my money here anymore. I had an issue with a watch that I was told I’d be called 6-7 times when it was ready. No one ever reached out to me and when I called the store it was very unprofessional service. I just wanted my questions answered and the service you swear to provide, provided.

Service is horrible! Workers are impatient and often rude. They don’t follow up as promised and they aren’t knowledgeable of prices of items that aren’t marked. In addition, the store never opens on time.

I had the most amazing service ever...Angelique was the best...her customer service is top notch...if you ever at Arbor place mall and you are in the market for jewelry stop by and see her and her district manager Alvin....you won't be disappointed...
