I really like this place. I've always run into very nice cashiers and customer service.
Employee charged me regular price for sale item after standing in the incredible long line. I caught it as I was leaving and went right back inside. Took the receipt and the item back to the employee. The employee said they can fix the error. the manager walked up and told me to go to the back of the line. I explained the issue and she still told me to go to the back of the line. the line was extremely long. we asked since the employee messed it up and had no customers at the time if we could just go to her. The manager again said NO Go to the back of the line. Im NEVER going to this location again
Always find everything I am looking for and more. Great selection for any variety of craft that you could possibly imagine. A little higher priced than Micheals on some items, but they do have great sales and printable coupons online.
Hobby Lobby is a fun place to shop if you're into crafting, scrapbooks and filling your home with signs and knick-knacks. You must become a regular shopper to score nice deals. Soon, I'll utilize the framing department to repair some broken picture frames as well as create movie size poster frames for my husband's man cave.nnOverall Hobby Lobby is still one of my go to stores in person and online. It's more fun to shop at a brick and mortar store. They're becoming a rare commodity these days. Visit different locations to expand your horizons. Become a regular visitor. Explore your creative side.
Hobby lobby is always a delightful place to visit. We were there this time in order to purchase science project items for my daughter. This was our first time at this location so we weren't very familiar with where things were but the staff were extremely helpful and made sure to walk is to the right areas. I have had a few customers lead the way to certain items. That made me smile to know that in Hobby lobby we're all helpful towards one another!
