Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the cost was very reasonable. My situation was unique in that I needed someone to disconnect power and remove a line from an outbuilding on my property. Sean was the only electrician I spoke with who was willing to give me a range of cost of the job over the phone, given a detailed description of the request. On the scheduled date of the job, he arrived on time, was respectful of my family and my home, explained everything he was going to do in detail and did a very thorough job. While he was here he also thoroughly troubleshooted a light fixture that wasn’t working and fixed in just a few minutes. A very smart and quality guy all around. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and fairness.

The lady I spoke with when I called was polite, and, got me scheduled quickly!!!! The young man was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and, answered all my questions. He switched out two of my outside light fixtures, and, replaced a defective switch in my dining room!!! I felt the price was, fairly, reasonable for what was done!!!!!

My son's room was without power for 3wks. Choice Home warranty wouldn't cover the expenses with the electrician company, they provided. That company never even returned, even though I would pay out of pocket.nnIcon Electrical (services rep Sean Roberts) was very professional and quick with the job. The best thing less price then the previous company. I definitely would recommend IES for future jobs in my home.

Sean was knowledgeable professional and courteous. Within minutes of explaining the problem he was able to isolate the issue and fix it. He also installed ground rods. The appointment was done very quickly and I would highly recommend this company. We are planning to have them come back to install pocket lights and ceiling fans. They are very easy to work with got an appointment next day and they are very trustworthy. Happy client!

The young man was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable about his profession. He was very clean as he completed the job. The young man was just a pleasure to meet. He took the worry I had about my problem out of my mind. I am recommending Icon Electrical Service to anyone that needs any electrical service.
