Met this man one time and wow! I know the other reviews are more than true.

Beyond poor construction work did Horace Roberts of Corporate Vision Inc. do on the residential single family home renovations. Mr. Roberts installed a cheap kitchen sink faucet on a stand alone bathtub. When the kitchen sink faucet was removed to install the proper faucet there were extra holes exposed on the new tub which could not be remedied. The retainer wall was improperly installed and instead of retaining the water, it caused the water back up and flood the basement/garage. Mr. Roberts got paid for one certain job, but did not pay the subcontractor who did the work and so the subcontractor brought this to my attention he was paid directly by me. Mr. Roberts was over his head on the work that he committed to do, got lazy and stopped working in the final stage which was less than a weeks worth of work for the smallest amount of the budget left to be paid. He was asked to finish the little left work so that he could get paid out the little money left to be paid, but instead in his laziness and lack of experience to complete the work and clean up his mess ups, he played the entitlement route. In other words, he felt entitled to the money because it was written in the contract, not because he did the work. Mr. Roberts left his job site that he contracted to do incomplete.nnAnd there's more. Mr. Horace Roberts of Corporate Vision Inc damaged the nicely wooden porch using PAINT instead of the proper stain. Mr. Horace Roberts allowed his contractors to park their vehicle on the lawn that was freshly seeded causing the grass to not grow. Corporate Vision Inc. is not experienced in doing a full renovation job, and took on the contract knowing so. He failed in his work and caused a lot of extra work, time and money spent with another contractor to clean up his wrong doings. Horace Roberts became greedy because he learned that the banks were paying for the construction and found ways to ask for money instead of completing his work. For instance, immediately after learning information about where the money was coming from he did not complete the plumbing in the bathroom because he asked for more money mid job, however the new contractor did it without additional money. I can go on and on, but in a nutshell, Corporate Vision is a rip off and very inexperienced in the scope of work that he committed to do.nnHorace Roberts of Corporate Vision Inc needs to understand how much time and money is lost with his lack of experience, his mistakes, and his inability to perform. He should not take on contracts of construction projects that he has little or no knowledge about. Buyers beware, he will sign a contract with you, bail out on the job and demand pay based on what's written without actually completing the job. -1 star if that was an option.

Absolutely horrible company...unethical practices....Owner Horace Roberts Jr. does what he wants to do regardless of the law...he needs to reevaluate how he conducts business and how he treats customers and his employees

Buyer beware !!! should you come in contact with Horace Roberts jr. Of corporate visions inc , Please RUN ! Mr. Roberts company attempted to do renovations on my elderly mothers home located in west ga. through the CHIPS program with the local housing authority. This contract permitted corporate visions commence and complete the project with in 45 days of taking possession of project site.Mr. Roberts is has no clue about being an General contractor ,he was way in over his head. He contracted mostly ( shade tree sub contractors ) there were approximately 15 items for his company to complete , and with an extra 15 days added on to the original 45 day contract. At day 60 his company still didn't complete any of the contracted work. In my 30 plus years of construction ,never have I met a GC like this person. Mr. Roberts rude overbearing disposition made it very difficult to work with. His lack of credit only allowed him to do business with only one of the big box home improvement stores. The sub's he contracted had heated conversations with mr roberts While in my presence about being paid for work performed . Out of 60 days his company was only on site maybe 35 days. Finally the housing authority removed his company from the project site and hired a new contractor to complete all uncompleted work. Had I contracted him ,I would have fired him after the first week. It took a total of 74 days before my mother could move back into her home of 40 years and battling Brest cancer the previous year, I wouldn't have wished this bad experience on my worst enemy. Mr. Roberts was fully aware of her condition .I an grateful I was available to assist my mother during this bad ordeal . I would not recommend corporate vision inc. for anyone's construction project.nnShame on you Jr....
