The experience was pretty okay . They did great with everything but THEY DIDNT CLEAN MY CUP HOLDERS . So for 150 dollars I got my car waxed , tires cleaned , wash outside , seats shampooed , dashboard cleaned , vacuumed interior, windows cleaned , . My overall experience was a 3 star
FRAUD!!! On October 3, 2020, I went to Platinum LT Detailing to get my car detailed. I used my credit card to pay for the transaction which was $50. On October 31, 2020, an amount of $275 was charged to my card for services NOT performed. After using this company for auto detailing for the past three years, I will no longer patronize this business. I have since cancelled my card and filed a fraud report.
First visit received great service. However, second visit took about 2 hrs for a wash and cleaning of the interior and exterior of my car. The driver window and windshield was filmy from the cloth that was used by the technician. Like most people all of my vehicles have been there for servicing over the years. Not certain whether I will continue to take my card there for hand washing.
Very nice job on my Hyundai SonatanPrice reasonable. I will definitely be back ud83dude00
Pretty awful service. Car was maybe 30% clean.
