This college is so unprofessional. They never answer the phone. They change professor mid semester without your approval and refuse any type of refund or class removal with paying full price for the class. Their associates hang up the phone in your face. They have really bad attitudes. The professionalism sucks here. I hate that I attend this school. I’m transferring next semester. You won’t achieve anything over the phone and if you go up there, be prepared to deal with attitudes and the possibility of no help at all. This school does not care about their students.
