I booked a SOTC tour through American tours and travels for my parents. The tour was eventually scrapped due to the pandemic. American tours and travels returned all my money all though they are still awaiting the money from SOTC. I appreciate that Mr Parag Patel was very involved and always responsive and helped me get my money back. I will definitely use them again in the future.
