100% recommend this place, these people, and this location. After a week of feeling miserable I finally decided to find a massage place, and massage envy made it easy. Appointments were easy to make online and they were ready! I was warmly greeted by Miss Jackie and Miss Sarah did an AMAZING job. Will be back again!

The service is good but be aware of the cancel policy. They literally charge what the service will be. Not half, not an quarter but the whole service. Their lack of communication to tell you this is absolutely zero. They need to be clear to their customers. You have to ask about every little thing because they will not inform and take your money. Won’t be going back.

As a long-standing Massage Envy member, I’m very disgusted by a recent interaction I had with the owner of this location, Althea Jackie Jenkins. She was rude, condescending, and interrupted me quite a few times during what I thought would be an innocent and quick conversation. I left that conversation with Althea Jackie Jenkins feeling anything but relaxed and zen. She is clearly in the wrong profession. And, based on some of the other bad reviews I’ve read about this location, I’m not the only one that thinks so. Also, Ms. Jenkins did not appear to care about the welfare and comfort of her female clients that have male massage therapists. So ridiculous and sad.nDo yourself a favor and drive PAST this location and drive to another Massage Envy location. We can’t reward unprofessionalism.

Paid for hour long couples massage, Only received a 30 minute massage at best were rushed out quickly and my legs arms and back were the only thing touched I got no shoulders no feet no hands no all over body experienced as we paid for this was very mediocre compared to any other places I've been, and the man didnt even try to do what was supposed to be done..... which was discussed for 5 to 10 min before massage even started 8 min to get undressed and wait for then to come in.... these people did the minimum ud83dude44 your time starts the moment you walk in the door so you better be early and i very members are treated much better, we will not be coming back to this place. My child could give a better massage then that for real. Don't waist your time unless you know your therapist already. Burns me up that they waisted as much of our 60 min on not massaging as you think your getting a 60 min massage, scam artists!
