Just had my first ever facial at this location. Prior to my appointment, I received many reminders, which is always great since I can be forgetful! I then arrived early and was seen straight away. London took such amazing care of me- she talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel so at ease. She was also super easy to talk to. I had such a great experience, I will most definitely be going back here for my facials and massages!
The entire atmosphere of this spa is very welcoming, warm and relaxing. It is always clean and the staff are always very polite. The massage therapists and aestheticians are very knowledgeable and amazing. From the amazing service, facials and massages I could live in this place!! Can't go wrong visiting here.
Love this place, best money I spend all month. It's definitely the best run H&S location in the area too. I live closer to 2 others but drive out if my way to go to this one.
My facial with Latasha is always amazing! You can tell that she loves what she does! My skin has improved significantly since she’s been helping me keep it hydrated.. I’m doing the membership signup just to get them monthly!
Just had a superb experience at Hand and Stone Massage. I’ve been getting facials in NY and Charlotte for years. I’m so happy that I decided to try Hand and Stone in Decatur. The management, Krystal and the entire staff made me have an enjoyable experience!! Just what I needed!!! I’ll definitely be returning!! THANK YOU!!
