He originally completed the work but we have had nothing but issues with it since then. He came out the second time after the first time he fixed it and would not respond to our requests for a receipt. Then recently the pipe went out AGAIN and he said he would come back the next day at 11am. It is the next day and he will not return any of our phone calls or texts. We are still without water 24 hours later and now have to find someone else to help. Super unprofessional and it’s really sad.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable, friendly & professional
We called Morris out to help us resolve an issue with a leak in our front yard. He fixed it, but has yet to provide us with an invoice that we can give to our water company. After asking him numerous times through text message for the invoice his responses have been delayed, short, and at times unprofessional. I do not recommend this company if you need documentation of a repair.
My water heater sprung a leak...Mr. Morris was at my house in 7 minutes and got everything under control instantly! Replaced my tank the next morning and arrived with it exactly when he said he would! Very efficient and very professional! I highly recommend him!
Morris does outstanding work! He was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. He replaced my clean out drain cap to my satisfaction, meeting my expectations. I would recommended him to anybody in need of his service. Please keep up the AWESOME work Morris, it only took him 5 mins way to go!!!!!!
