Mr. Willis provided excellent customer service, he explained the reasoning for the necessary repair. The cost of service was very reasonable. Prior to contacting Mr. Willis, we initially expected to replace our water heater. However, after forwarding him pictures of our unit and the area that needed service, he stated that he didn't think the water heater needed to be replaced. ( I had just spoke with another company that informed us that it would need to be replace) Long story short, everyone is not trying to get over on you. We were very satisfied with using this black own business. Mr. Willis, thanks for your honesty and service!
I called the Plumbing and Drain Company to fix problems with my master bathroom dual sinks, one was linking water and both needed pop-ups replaced and/ or repaired. The technician arrived within the time given, they were, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The work was completed promptly, there was no mess left for me to clean. Very satisfied with the service. Quick response- came out the same day I called. Discussed the plan to find the bathroom leak. Then went to work to discover and repair the leak and got it done efficiently. Explained everything they were doing along the way. Both repairmen wore masks throughout and were very patient with my over- friendly dog. Thanks!
Rahmel and Jason were very professional and very helpful with my issues. I called and he came out the same day because of Covid they were masked and wore shoe coverings I liked that. He thoroughly explained the issues and what was needed to fix the problem along with a quote for their services. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Before and after pictures were taken. Now I see why they received 5 star reviews great customer service. Thanks again
