This pharmacy is not worth the headache. I spent nearly three weeks trying to fill a common prescription for a pet before giving up. I was told it was ready several times; it never was. I went in- during a pandemic- four times. I was told they needed to special order it; it's not a specialty medication. There are no shortages. I question whether they ever actually placed the order. Don't waste your time here.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for 20 years. Since Scott and the staff who worked with him left it has gone to hell. Again today they don’t have a medication I get every month. They have to order it but I am out. They won’t take a prescription early and hold it. And won’t listen when I call to say my prescription is due in 4 days so they can order it. Instead they are out. The tech hung up on me when I asked to speak to a pharmacist. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at that pharmacy and shop there weekly. Not any more.

The staff are very rude, she hanged up on me.nThey promised me to make my critical prescription ready in 2 hours on Saturday but unfortunately it’s Wednesday and it is not ready yet even though they promised to make it ready.nNever ever come back to this pharmacy again, poor service.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Fast and efficient! They were patient with me in looking up the best prices between Medicare Part B and the various discount programs, too.
