Ridiculous service. I don’t think they really understand that they are dealing with peoples lives. Some prescriptions are a matter of life and death. They either have you on hold for an absurd amount of time or they literally have you hold them hang up. No matter how many times you call prescriptions are almost never ready or you don’t get all that you asked for...sigh...

THEY LOST MY PRESCRIPTIONnnThis began on a Friday. CVS wouldn’t have my medicine until Tuesday so I had them transfer the prescription to this Kroger. Minutes later I called Kroger. They had received my prescription and it’d be ready in about an hour. It was not. I called Saturday and it wasn’t ready.nnThe phone tag began.nI think it was Sunday when I called and was promised a callback that never came. Two or three times I had to leave a voicemail. At some point I was told that maybe I’d sent it to a different Kroger and they would check for me; Of course they did not find it at another Kroger. I still called CVS and confirmed which Kroger my prescription had been sent to.nnDuring one of several calls on Monday (Labor Day) I was told that they had NO RECORD of my prescription. They lost my prescription! After another round of phone tag without my prescription materializing I gave up. By this time CVS was closing in about two hours. I called my doctor, had to wait for a callback, and my doctor had to send a new prescription to CVS. Thirty minutes later I was walking out of CVS, medicine in hand.nnI DID get a callback from Kroger. On Tuesday. The person who called said my name, birth date, and the name of the medicine, so apparently they HAD received the original prescription.
