Always a good vibe when me & my girlfriend go. We’ve been going for at least a year & a half now... we haven’t a bad experience yet.
If the crowd isn't slim, they charging $60 to sit down and $12 at the door. The girl serving the Hookahs was extra rude, tried to run off with my change (instead of letting me tip her on my own), and only brought 1 tip to smoke with.
For sure a LGBT community. A upbeat little spot to have fun
Didn't like it here...not for me
Phase one gets 4 star outta me! I consider it to be a staple in the black gay community of Atlanta. Is it ratchet? Yes. Is it a hole in the wall? Yes. Are the drinks cheap and strong? Yes. Will you have a good time? Yes. The whole point of going to a club is to have fun, so Phase one accomplishes just that. The entertainment shows can get a little lengthy so try to get there at the tail end so you can just enjoy the DJ. If I'm in the mood for a good time without the pressure of having to dress in my best posh/chic clothes, then I'd definitely head to Phase One.
