Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, but apparently you are supposed to make an appointment or else arrive at 8:00 for a walk in appointment. They let me in to use the kiosk and was then allowed to speak with someone directly, which was helpful because I would not have been able to renew my registration otherwise. I did not realize that I had to have my emissions checked. I thought I had one more year before I had to do that.

Ms K.Hill is very helpful. Her costumer service was more than excellent today. If there was ever a way to show her more gratitude for help I most certainly would. Keep your head up always Ms Hill. Your helpful personality is AMAZING!!! #loud

I actually want to give 0 star. Employees are very disrespectful, especially the one who in charge of sanitizing and guiding people to windows. She was been super rude to me, for some reasons she even stare at me and talked something in very rude way and laughed at me with her co-workers just because I couldn't understand her signal. I felt very offended.nFinally, I got my tag after went there for 6 times today. I arrived there at 7am, finally I got a chance to register my car, but I was told the document which their employee told me to prepare before does not support my registration. I need to do it again!nDon't want to go back anymore! not even once!

I got here 15 minutes before they opened so I checked in and was able to wait in my car until they texted me which was nice. I was texted about a half hour later so it was quicker than I expected. When I got up to the door, the lady checking people in there wasn’t friendly in the slightest but once I got in, the workers were great which is why I’m giving them 5 stars. I was brought to the counter of T. Hill and she was so nice and considerate! I felt really happy leaving here today which hasn’t happened before for me at a tag office.
