I originally reported an issue in September 2019. R&D has done nothing other than put caution tape out.nnThe stakes they used have broken and only increased the health and safety hazard that existed. Terrible.nn19 months and counting.nnBut the county has no problem increasing my property taxes...

Great job to DeKalb County Roads and Drainage for responding in a timely manner to our request to replace the faded stop signs with readable stop signs. Great job.....from the person who took the call to the team who changed the signs. Positive and proficient.nnHartwood Estates HOA Board.

As a homeowner and more importantly a TAXPAYER, I expect to at least to be able to speak to someone in the office when I call. Hold times over 40 minutes long, rude workers in customer service and no resolution to severe issues. Do better Dekalb!!

The roads on the Southside of county are the worst. All we get on the Southside is patches that don't last. They don't care about the roads on the Southside and to have a rating this low is ridiculous .n.

This department never answers their phone. I have tried to reach them for 3 1/2 months, left over 10 messages and they have NEVER called me back.
