Matthew has been our jeweler for over 20 years and we have been very satisfied with the quality and price of the jewelry purchased. He is very knowledgeable and provides top notch customer service. I would never purchase from anybody else but Vafa's Jewelry.
Never had a problem with this company until today 04/28/2020. Owner was very rude and nasty towards me only because I was asking to try on earrings to make a purchase with him. Which he started expressing what he have to do only because I was trying on different merchandise (which it’s job to satisfy me as a paying customer) These people know how to play the game with it comes to the Black Dollar but the real colors comes out if their not controlling how you shopping with them. Today was my last purchase with him and I would NOT recommend NO one to go here. Poor customer service!!!!!!
I just love my Jeweler. I moved from Dekalb and still return here. This is an excellent business and I can trust all the work that is done and wonderful competitive prices for sure. They are truly a blessing to us.
