Their customer Service was A1. My jeweler Zaritma was very polite, attentive, and showed great professionalism. I went in to get a necklace cut down for my child, and was able to get it back the same day. The craftsmanship was exception for a very great price.. I would highly recommend
I randomly found this store on a Google search. I called the store to ask if they could repair my necklace. The person I spoke to was so pleasant and professional I went to the store right then. They looked at my necklace and explained my options. I left it on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready Saturday. Shortly after I returned home that day I received a call saying it was ready! Only 2 hours later! Great customer service and reasonable prices. I would definitely return.
Another jewelry shop that is an authorized Pandora retailer; I think it’s way better than the actual Pandora shops since the attention is 100 percent and the variety on retired items is SUPERB, no wait times, great service and one happy customer!
