I really liked the way Owner approached us and helped us in buying a Turkish gold item.nHe was friendly and opened up good conversation about the price and market conditions. It helps customer as well to understand what goes into making and buy tbt item on fair price.

Online selection is very nice but over priced!!nI have to say I love the assortment displayed on the site but the pricing is outrageous. Simple math for purchasing jewelry: the weight of the gold + 20/25% for labor. Can go a bit higher if it is very detailed work. Now I say all that to say their is a plain gold chain on the site that I would really love to buy but it’s overpriced by almost $300. These prices are a joke and while I understand most places like this negotiate prices in store... but how do they expect that to work for online customers?nnUpdate..... I reached out to them about the item via email on Monday it’s now Thursday night with no answernnSo you all can follow my math the necklace is 9.2 grams 22k which is currently worth $506.19... it is priced at $885. That is well over 30% they replied with. It’s a plain gold chain no frills. This place is a joke. Save your money and find another place to shop.

Customer service is very good but they need more collections. So far in this area the number one Indian jewelry shop is Bhindi. Their collection is outstanding but if you want to price shop a little bit, its a good option to check out!

They were pushing us to buy gold ornaments in 10-15 mins, stating, if we take time in deciding, they are loosing customers. Anyone who is buying Gold ornaments would think about the design, price etc. Its not $5 or $10 items to take and go. Also, customers cannot do anything because of your low staffing. Dont rush the customer and also talk rude. We ended up buying from nearby Jewelry shop, where customer service was good and sales staffs are polite.

The sales lady was very unwelcoming and rude. I had a problem with my nose pin but I did not receive any kind of help or suggestion. Poor customer service. Highly disappointed!nnEdit after Response: I understand the safety and hygiene concerns, but that information could have been conveyed in more courteous and professional manner instead of just saying NO to every query.
