We had a very pleasant experience shopping at Bhindi Jewelers recently. Jayant Bhindi assisted us, he understood what we were looking for and helped in finding the right jewelry. The piece had to be customized at their facility and he closely coordinated with us over the phone to keep us informed of the progress. Very happy with the jewelry we bought and satisfied with the entire experience. We highly recommend Bhindi Jewelers for their selection and outstanding customer service.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Bhindi Jewelers. Jayent Bhindi kindly assisted me - sourcing for me a particular watch I knew my wife was interested in, arranging it for a fantastic price, and then coordinating closely with me over phone and text, so that I could receive it in time for Christmas (which was just a few days away). It turned out to be a great surprise! I highly recommend Bhindi Jewelers, based on the unmatched price, selection, and truly outstanding customer service they provided me.

We had a really embracing experience with Bhindi yesterday. Great customer service, excellent advice with jewelry selection, in-range pricing and lovely cultural explanations. We will definitely be back.

10/10 experience with Mita and Harsh. Mita took the time and patience to help us with the jewelry we wanted and even gave me some suggestions while browsing through other pieces. She genuinely wants you to be happy with the product, she was not there to sell off the highest ticketed item. Harsh also warmly greeted us and provided amazing customer service.nEven though Bhindi is further away from Patel Plaza, they have more variety than other local jewelers and gave us a more personable experience. Will come back again.
