I have ordered several items over the past 3 months and I have never been disappointed. I originally ordered a couple of Dinosaur teeth and I was so impressed with the specimens that arrived. I have since ordered fossilized plants, sand dollars, trees, tusks and I am always extremely impressed with what arrives. I am so excited to show all these amazing pieces of History to my students here in Wisconsin. I appreciate Seth and his family-run business and I will continue to purchase amazing pieces of history from him. (Here are just a sample of some of the items I have purchased in the last couple of months)
I was sent the wrong fossil. Fossil Shack acknowledged a "miss pull" and said they would send the correct one with a return box. Sounded great but it never came. I have reached out and several times to work with them but they never followed up. It's been over 4 months now, so I would just like a refund but now they have stopped replying all together. I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel this has been an exceptionally bad experience.
I order a gift for my friend, and after ordering several days, I did not receive any tracking number. When asked for them, they told me that the shipment will be shipped tomorrow. After more than 24 days have passed, I contacted them to get an update, but unfortunately there is no response from them and they ignore all my messages and I contacted them on Facebook and there is no response hands and this is not acceptable as they ignore the customer
We ordered an item that we weren't happy with and had no response to our request for a return.
