A couple of weeks ago we hired Ed Harrison to fix the carriage light above our garage. We needed to have this done before we receive a violation from our subdivision HOA. Ed came early, which turned out great. He completed the job quickly and the light looks like it did when we first moved in. While he was there he noticed some water damage in our garage and asked to check our roof. He discovered a hole in the roof near the gutter alongside the front porch. He discussed the issue and subsequent repair with my husband and provided him with a very fair quote. He also informed us that we could do the repair in two phases, which will work perfectly with our budget. We are definitely going to use Ed to fix the roof and will also discuss a “punch list” with him to repair others issues around the house. We have been looking for someone with Ed’s skill set for years and are looking forward to keeping him busy in 2021ud83dude01
Ed was very professional and quickly completed the work at a reasonable price. I will continue to use his services in the future.
I SKETCHED A CAT RAMP THAT WOULD NOT ATTACH TO THE HOUSE DUE TO AN HOA ED WAS AMAZING HE CAME OUT AND MEASURED EVERYTHING BUILT IT IN RECORD THIME AND INSTALLED IT. AND MY CAT IS NOW VERY HAPPY TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE WITHOUT DEALING WITH 4 BIG DOGS. I WILL BE CALLING HIM BACK FOR ANOTHE PROJECT IM WORING ON.
